What is NASC?The Nellis Area Spouses Club is non-profit organization supporting Southern Nevada's military community. We are an all ranks, all branches (to include retirees) organization and would love for you to join us! We offer monthly social events and special activity groups for our members, as well as volunteer opportunities! The charitable side of our organization works diligently throughout the year with the help of our Thrift Shop to support local and military organizations, as well as to fund our scholarships for military dependents. | Letter from the President Welcome, The NASC is an all-inclusive, non-profit group that is open to all spouses from any military branch, living and stationed in the Las Vegas area. We are fortunate to be an all-ranks club that includes spouses from both Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases, the Reserves, the Guard and retirees. Our spouses have a variety of backgrounds, experiences and interests, so there is a good chance you will find other spouses that you can enjoy your military experience with. Monthly, we have a large social event as well as having smaller special activity groups that meet throughout the month. There is something for everyone! If you don’t see a group you would like to start, just ASK! The NASC Thrift Shop, located beside the Nellis AFB Commissary, is staffed by volunteers and takes all donations. Those items are then processed by our amazing volunteers and sold at a deep discount to our shoppers. The revenue generated from our Thrift Shop sales goes right back into our community through charitable donation requests and through our annual Scholarship program for military spouses and their dependents. Last year, the NASC provided $30,000 in scholarships! Whether you are looking to meet new people and make lifelong friends or add volunteer experience to your resume, the NASC is here for you!
