Nellis Area Spouses' Club

If you would like submit a request for funds you may do so one of two ways. Requests are reviewed on a monthly basis during board meetings, so please plan accordingly when submitting a request. If you have questions please email them to requests@nellisasc.com. 

1. Email: Download and complete our request for funding form. Email the completed form along with supporting documentation, flyers, brochures, etc. directly to NASC charitable requests at requests@nellisasc.com. Be sure to put the organization and "request for funds" in the subject line.
2. Postal: Download and complete our request for funding form. Mail the completed form along with supporting documentation, flyers, brochures, etc.

To submit a Charitable Request, you can use our new online form, or download the PDF, complete and return to requests@NellisASC.com

Make sure to include as much information as possible about your organization, event, and request. Please plan accordingly as requests are reviewed on a monthly basis, all requests should be submitted prior to the 1st of the month for review at that month's board meeting.
